Toyota Harrier 2021 photos and details leaked ahead of its launch

Next-Generation SUV Toyota Harrier 2020 will be launched in the home market in late 2020, and we can expect it to be launched in India in mid-2021. Although, no official date is announced by the Japanese carmaker. Toyota Harrier is the mid-size SUV and is not new to the Japanese as its models already exist in the market since 1997. In 2013, 3rd generation Harrier was launched in the market.

We can expect the Toyota Harrier will be packed with features like sharp LED headlamps along with a sleeker chrome upper grille, rear LED tail lamps, an electrochromic sunroof that can be dimmed, and dashcam integrated into the IRVM.

Toyota Harrier is expected to be launched based on Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) and expected in different engines -

  • 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine.

  • 2.0-litre direct-injected Dynamic force petrol engine with 172 PS maximum power and 203 Nm of peak torque.

  • Hybrid's 2.5-litre petrol engine that is coupled with a pair of Electric motor.

In the Indian Auto market, the Japanese carmaker Toyota has a large share with different varieties of models meeting the needs of Indian car lovers. Glanza came up in co-operation with Maruti the biggest carmaker of India. Toyota has some successful models that are way ahead of their league i.e. Innova Crysta, Fortuner, etc.
